Services are delivered through clearly defined monthly retainers to ensure reliability, accountability, and consistent support.

Engagement Structure

All services operate under a monthly retainer model.

Each engagement begins with a consultation to define scope, priorities, and level of support. Retainer hours are allocated monthly to ensure consistent execution and structured communication.

Services are delivered during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Retainers operate month-to-month with 30 days written notice for cancellation.

Additional hours are billed at $65 per hour. Unused hours do not roll over.

Retainer Investment

Starter Support: $750/month

15 hours per month

Ongoing administrative support for businesses requiring consistent coverage and organization.

Includes:

  • Weekly activity summary
  • Communication via email as needed

Growth Support: $1,250/month

25 hours per month

Expanded operational support including reporting, vendor coordination, and process documentation.

Includes:

  • Bi-weekly 30-minute check-in meeting
  • Weekly activity summary
  • Monthly operational snapshot

Operations Partner – $2,200/month

40 hours per month

High-level operational partnership focused on workflow optimization, financial tracking oversight, and proactive coordination.

Includes:

  • Weekly 30-minute operational review meeting
  • Weekly activity summary
  • Monthly operational snapshot
  • Priority communication
